Everything you need to run meetings with Edumen.
Start an instant meeting
From the home screen choose New meeting → Start an instant meeting. A room is created in the database straight away and stays reachable after a reload.
Share an invite link
Every meeting has a link like /room/abc-defg-hij. Copy it from the home screen, the lobby or the dashboard and send it to the people you want to meet. They sign in with Google and land directly in the room.
Protect a room with a password
Create the meeting from the dashboard and type a password. Guests need both the link and the password before the Join button appears.
Share your screen
Press Present in the room footer and pick a window, tab or full screen. Everyone else switches to presentation view automatically, on desktop and on mobile.
Record a session
Inside the room open the recording settings to pick a resolution and bitrate, then press record. When you stop, the file uploads and appears on the dashboard ready to download.
Join from a phone
The lobby and room adapt to small screens: a compact preview, one participant on screen at a time with tappable thumbnails, and a scrollable chat panel.
Follow rooms without joining
The live dashboard shows every meeting that currently has people in it, with names and how long they have been connected.
Frequently asked
Open Settings → Devices, pick the right microphone and run the mic test: the green bar should move when you speak. If the bar stays flat, the browser is using another input or the permission was denied for this site.
